Emily Blevins is a sophomore Music Education major at Emory and Henry College. Currently, she holds a leadership position in the Emory and Henry marching band, volunteers with the Glade Spring Middle School Bands, and is an active member in Emory and Henry’s NAFME chapter. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from EHC, Emily plans to attend graduate school for her masters.
Rainni Crutchfield is entering her sophomore year at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. She is majoring in Music Performance in Clarinet and is a member of the Honors Program at the university. A two-time All-State musician in Virginia, Rainni is continuing her education in music as a member of Belmont’s wind ensemble. During her time in this ensemble, she performed multiple bass clarinet solos in works such as Andrew Boss’ Ancestral Rumors and Karl Husa’s Music for Prague. Rainni plans to attend graduate school and pursue her Master’s in Clarinet Performance with the ultimate goal of becoming a professor of clarinet.
